the City of Perth ESS (Electric scooter Share Scheme) has started. cycling to the office this morning, and came across this .. one scooter left in the middle of the pathway.

i've also already seen people riding recklessly on these - simply not giving a fugg about the rules and being inconsiderate on shared paths and roads, and really "hammering" the scooter. being an electric scooter rider myself .. this pisses me off.
