well, i'm so glad you (probably didn't) ask.

Because They Dare is about supporting the Curtin Cares Students Equity Scholarship and Curtin Student Professional Development Grants - backing students with the grit, potential, and big ideas .. but who face barriers that make higher education feel out of reach.

giving them the chance to chase what matters, and create positive change in the community.

as someone who cares deeply about access, inclusion, and lifting unheard voices .. this one hits close. the appeal aims to help students stay in uni, feel supported, and keep on course - not through complicated interventions, but simple human things like easing a financial burden, opening doors, or giving someone that breathing space they needed, to keep going.

so. my ambassadorial plea. if you're in a position to help ..

few ways - you can donate, you can share the campaign with your network, or .. just simply read the stories and understand why this matters. every bit of support goes straight into helping students who dare to take that next step.

you would regularly hear me say .. 1+1 is always 2. and 2+1 will be 3. it basically means it all adds up, no matter how small the contribution is. be it in the amount you can donate, or the effort you put in to help spread awareness, etc. it all counts.

and it all matters.
