so i was really hungry when i got back home after the presentation. was already decided on Qins, but 4pm++ came, could not wait any longer, and decided to just head out .. and if they're not open yet for the evening, i could easily hand out at the library for a short wait.

but they were open. i ordered my usual, and .. was charged less. i did hear something about a discount when the girl sorted the customers before me, but wasn't sure what it was for.

so after i finished my meal, walked out, to look at the posters out there and .. there you go. Happy Hour 15% discount between 230pm - 5pm. which means, unlike the Vic Park branch, they're opened all the way, and this is definitely a good way to try to get customers between this period of the day.
