panel was good, though i think the Q&A discussion could have been be a bit longer maybe? but fair enough, i myself expected to chat more after, but i ended up mostly with Aubree cos we had quite a bit to catch up on.

cos i really wanted to bring up my POV (based on one of the questions asked) where .. while i also believe education, awareness, structure and acceptance is good - i think having that emotional intelligence and empathy to notice and understand differences - sometimes by having to read your team member's body language or facial expressions - is an important skill to have (and be trained and cultivated if not there). because not everyone is comfortable disclosing (or knows how to) - no matter how inclusive a work environment may be.

but anyways .. didn't take much photos/selfies cos we had a photographer there, where i reckon some of the photos would turn out really good.

also, yes .. i purposely stood on my toes to make myself taller in this photo!
